Carbondale Main Street offers opportunities and incentives
for downtown businesses to improve their properties through the Curb Appeal Program.

Through volunteers working together with discounted or donated materials, we can improve the look (and the property values) of downtown buildings
for a fraction of the normal renovation costs.

Project #1 - The Harbaughs Building

The Harbaughs Project was completed in 2010. The building looks great today and the final costs for the project came in
at half of what was estimated!

Project #2 - China Express

The China Express building (adjacent to Harbaughs) is being remodeled as you read this. A new door has already been installed at the worksite.

Inspired by Project #1, the business owners are investing in their property. Carbondale Main Street is currently working with them to make the entire block's Curb Appeal shine!
