Carbondale Main Street offers a revolving grant program to the businesses in the Special Service Area of Carbondale, IL. These funds are granted to Downtown businesses seeking to improve the exterior look of their buildings. We traditionally grant up to $1000.00 or 50% of the costs per project, whichever comes first.
