These funds are granted to Downtown businesses seeking to improve the exterior look of their buildings. We traditionally grant up to $1000.00 or 50% of the costs per project, whichever comes first. I understand that any work done before a Facade Improvement or Architectural Service Agreement is approved by the Carbondale Main Street Executive Board is not eligible for a grant.
Applications will not be considered without the following items:

Applications must be submitted by the lst Monday of the month.
The Carbondale Main Street Facade Review Committee reserves the right to approve or disapprove the application.
